Astroplus/Astrovision is giving you a chance to win a concert
ticket to Selena Gomez live in Manila! Follow these steps very carefully.
Mechanics:
1) Purchase Selena Gomez's "Revival" album at any
Astroplus/Astrovision store. Purchase period must be from July 18 to July 28,
2016. Single receipt only.
2) Write your FULL NAME & CONTACT NUMBER on your
official receipt and sign it.
3) Scan the receipt (or if you have a good camera, take a
very good photo) and upload the image on IMGUR or TINYPIC and send the link at
the bottom of this form as your proof of purchase.
4) If the albums were bought via myastroplus.ph, take a
screenshot of your order confirmation once payment has been verified.
5) Make sure to accomplish all details in this Online Form to
submit your entry.
6) Winners will be randomly selected but all entry
requirements must be met.
7) Two (2) winners who will each receive one (1) concert
ticket to Selena Gomez Live in Manila 2016!
8) Deadline of submission of entries is on Thursday, July
28, 2016 at 11PM. Winners will be announced on Astroplus' Facebook page on
Friday, July 29, 2016 at 9PM.
9) Details on how to claim the tickets will only be shared
with the winners.
