Shop at National Bookstore and Win a P10K Shopping Spree

National Bookstore wants you to win a Php10,000 worth of gift certificates by joining their survey promo which runs from Octorber 12 to November 12, 2015. The simple mechanics are as follows:

·         Open to residents in the Philippines.

·         Shop online and complete a quick survey after a successful purchase.

·         Follow the link to the survey form on the order confirmation page and answer the survey questions.

·         A successful purchase and a completed survey is equivalent to 1 raffle entry. Full name, e-mail address and contact number entered on the survey form must match with the billing information on the order details to have a valid raffle entry.

·         A customer is limited to have 1 raffle entry for the entire promo duration.

·         Payment for orders must be confirmed before the raffle draw date. Orders with unconfirmed payments will be automatically cancelled.

·         Cancelled transactions are disqualified to join the raffle.

·         There will only be one (1) winner of P10, 000 worth of National Book Store Gift Certificates.

·         The electronic raffle draw will be conducted on November 24, 2015, 4:00 PM at the NBS Head Office, 7th Floor Quad Alpha Centrum Building, 125 Pioneer Street, Mandaluyong City in the presence of NBS and DTI representatives.

·         NBS will notify the winner via registered mail that shall also serve as proof of winning.
